Okay, this is a 0.4.2 bug reported on IRC by kfaraday.

Check the content of the FTM (really interesting song by the way) and then check the exported NSF.

The same thing happened to me while using the same exact DPCM pack.

Hopefully this helps figure out the problem.

I realized that this happens when too many keys are assigned to samples (even if multiple instruments are used), that will break the NSF driver. I'll need to figure out a way to fix this.

I have a fix for this problem now so it will be work in the next version. However if anyone need to export a song right now then contact me and I'll provide a build.

I concur. Don't mean to annoy or hassle you, jsr, but a fix would be great right now. Especially with Famicompo going on.
