You have to click inside one of the 3 extra channels & create a new instrument.

What I don't get it? I have all the instruments I need, vrc7, fds and vrc6

In order to create a proper instrument for VRC6, you have to go to Module > Module Properties & change the Expansion Chip drop-down to VRC6, VRC7 or FDS). Then, you have to move the cursor inside one of the extra sound channels that appears in the editor & go to Instrument > New.

You can only add samples for the standard 2A03 instruments & they can only work in the DPCM sound channel.
