So I tried another super accurate cover, but I'm still getting better at this and need practice. There are a few flaws, namely:
1) The tom slide in square 1 at the end is off.
2) One or two triangle notes might be the incorrect length by one or two frames.
3) The noise channel was just estimation, so I got it as close as I could.
4) The first frame is probably off with the D00 command.
I probably missed something in that list. Let me know what you think and what can be improved.
Uh well...
5) The fine pitch is slightly lower than it should be. A P82 is better than a P81.
6) There are some places (most likely only in frame 03) where the song directly goes to volume 1, like this:
