It's a very simple song, so you might wanna take the recreation slow and steady if it seems a little sloppy on your end. If you can't get the original audio file to help your cover out, try getting a decent quality MP3 and slow it down in Audacity or other audio editing program to help the process a bit, and help you better understand the notes, note durations, etc.

as far as the cover goes, it's pretty good considering its a first. the long notes during the bridge are a little loud though, try softening them up a little.
also, vegas can be your best friend while recreating music, separating channels and looking at the waveforms or looping a region to get a note can be SUPER helpful
