FOR FAMITRACKER 0.3.5. BETA

So far there are only 2.5 flaws left:
1. In the Norfair theme all notes on the triangle channel might last one frame longer.
2. Fine pitches.
3. The percussion instruments are most likely incorrect, but are quite close.

Other than those flaws, this soundtrack is probably perfect. Notice me if you have found another flaw or you can fix some of the flaws.

Very nice! Also, to fit those four notes in the Brinstar song, it is possible to do without arpeggio, I have done it on AdLib Visual Composer (On there, you can't do arpeggios or any special effects). You need to write in 12/4 time. That way you can fit those 4 notes in a triplet song because 3x4 = 12 and 2x6 = 12.

Awesome. You could do a ZeroMission version of the main title, at least...?

I know it already, but I'd rather not touch the Fxx commands while using Sxx commands.

I may edit this and do the FDS version, if that's okay with you. I won't save over the original files though. Also what does the Sxx command do? I believe it makes it so the note stops before hitting the next note?

Sxx command mutes the channel xx frames after that row is executed.

Also if you want, a COMPLETE library of NSF files is available in Zophar's Domain (except very few games e.g. Action 52), but should we just avoid touching the FDS chip before jsr actually implements the 33-step volume system.

BUMPER

I was idling recently, so I did a Metroid soundtrack with Super Mario World instruments. Duh.

@Doommaster1994: So there is ONLY the title screen?

I believe the title screen's the only song in the game that uses the FDS channel besides the short chimes that play when you get an item or something.

You have to download FamiTracker 0.3.5.

It's not on the main download page on this site; it's in a forum thread posted by JSR.

this is my favorite spc player, it's in Japanese, but it gets the job done.
