I'll show you a little trick.

Check out the attachments; the first one is the original soundtrack, ripped from the game Ninja Gaiden 3. The second one is an NSF player that you can use to mute out different sound channels.

What you can do is open the NSF using NSFLive (thanks a million for programming this, jsr) & listen to each individual sound channel, one at a time.

What I mean to say is this; run the NSF file in NSFLive, then use NSFLive to mute the sound on every channel except for one (such as square channel 1). Then, listen to that channel's tune a few times (to get a sense of the beat, the notes, the effects, etc.).

I have done a couple parts to help you get started. I cleaned up the instruments and did the first few notes of the part you were asking help for. I ripped the DPCM drums from the game and replaced the ones you had so they sound more accurate as well. To really get good at the tracker though you'll have to just practice. I started by re-creating my favorites piece by piece trying to get them accurate.
