Go to [[u]E[/u]dit] in the toolbar and you will find [R[u]e[/u]place instrument Alt+S]. How do I use it?

Here's how you do it

In your track select any instrument data in any channel, then select your replacement instrument where you have all of your instruments, and after that go to Edit -> Replace Instrument.

It takes a while to get used to, but you will find it extremely handy like I did. I am not kidding - this is THE quickest way to change any instrument in your track wherever you want to change it.
