When you have three channels playing the same note in few octaves, you should think if you really need that many channels. If you simply can't get enough power from bass, for example, if often means that you have to reduce volume of other channels. Generally, you don't have to always use maximum volume on all the channels.
Don't afraid to use vibrato. If you have a lot of sustained notes and no vibrato, it sounds just boring.
Have you tried improvising? You can improvise using an actual instrument & then transcribe it into FamiTracker (that's actually how I did my first original & am doing my second).

Man Weirdbananas, you got GOOD! This song has so many parts just going everywhere, but it all works. I like the parts where you add gaps out of nowhere...
This little tune keeps you on your toes. ^___^

You now process Dracula's Rib. Good luck processing it...
It seems a little random in places but you are definitely improving.
One thing to worry about with those multi-octave notes is that sometimes playing the same tone and/or playing octaved tones together may cause phasing issues, so watch out for that if your tones tend to be canceling each other out when playing together. Other than that, great work!
