Is this your first song? If so, you have a very good beat & a very East Asian-sounding tune. But I have a couple of suggestions...
Firstly, there's a feature called DPCM (where you can import short audio samples into the tracker). I suggest that you import one or two different audio samples of drum beats & use them with your noise beats.
Secondly, there's quite a lot of discord in your song (discord is when you have several notes playing at the same time, even though they don't really complement each other). I don't know if your goal was to have discord in the song, but too much of it can spoil it; I suggest you use the volume control column to do fade-ins & fade-outs with your bass channels (MMC5 channels 1 & 2).
Lastly, this sounds like an East Asian rock band's music. like you said, you really are bad at coming up with titles. :P
Try thinking of something that the song reminds you of & use that for the title.
