This is an NES cover version (2A03 + VRC6) of the song "7 Joyful Automatons" by Oren Otter (the original MP3 is at [url=http://www.taur.net/~ottercomics/ottertunes2/oren/7_joyful_automatons.mp3]http://www.taur.net/~ottercomics/ottertunes2/oren/7_joyful_automatons.mp3). The song is so titled because you're supposed to imagine it being played by a septet of automatons*. This version, however, is played by a septet of NES channels. Shut your brain down and prepare for over three minutes of calm, relaxing music! (Maybe.)
(Note: In the original song, at where frame 8 is in my version, the song just repeats itself, where in my version, one instrument starts playing arpeggiated octaves, and another starts playing arpeggiated triads; other than that, the cover is as perfectly faithful to the original as an 8-bit version possibly can be. I think.  )
