Oh you have GOT to be joking... Right now, it's at 20 bytes/sec.

What web browser/download assistant are you using? It appears as though it's a problem on your end because I can download FamiTracker project files pretty fast from this forum.

It was more like a small glitch. After re-downloading it a few times it went normal speed. If it's actually of any importance, I use Chrome.

Remember that to connect to anywhere on the internet, you often have to go through several servers in between your computer and the site you're connecting to, and the problem could have been at any one of those. In Windows you can type "tracert famitracker.shoodot.net" and find out where the bottleneck is -- though of course you can't do much about it.

It could also be the ISP itself (this is usually the problem if you're living in Ontario, Canada, where ISPs seem to enjoy capping download speeds even on high-speed internet connections).

But I only wondered about the browser because I've seen cases where the browser itself was glitchy. Browser problems (that don't involve Internet Explorer) are usually solved with a re-installation.

But yeah; it could have been a number of things & thankfully your problem was solved.
