I have yet to fully figure out Commando Man's bassline, but I'm starting up on a possible full OST cover, so enjoy what I've done so far.

A little something about Commando Man's theme; on square 2, after the first 8 notes it moves onto D#2 F#2 B2 D#3 as opposed to the D#2 G2 B2 D#3 that it was initiated at. Also, on square 1, the rest of the theme kicks in a little later than it's supposed to. You have the C#4 starting on frame 38 as opposed to 34.

I mean, I know these are easy fixes. Just bringing them to your attention in case you didn't notice them.

Looks like there's a ways to go, but it holds promising. Good luck.
