DANG! You improved a lot since I've last seen you! Very awesome stuff here!
These are the only things I'd suggest revising:
- Remember that volume output is the instrument volume multiplied off the song volume column. Look at the green bars under each channel name and make sure your pulses/noise are playing approximately around 9-10 blocks. Feel free to make the melody/drums stick out more, though!
-- EDIT: Actually, no, I think the problem in this case is that your pulse 2's harmonies/melodies are actually louder than your pulse 1 melody. Consider lowering the volume on pulse 2 (besides the echo sections)
- In addition to the previous note, I noticed the volume is inconsistent at the start of the song when the song loops a second time. Define the volume at the start of pulse 1!
- For your pulse channels, try to use note release (=) instead of note cut (-). Make instrument 00 have a volume envelope look something like this: [url=http://puu.sh/humAk/c110327156.png]http://puu.sh/humAk/c110327156.png (Press F8 if it keeps holding the note while you're notating)
- Patterns 06 through 09: If you're going to hold out longer notes, try using 4xy vibrato on them. Alternatively, use Axy and fade out each note. Try to add an = note release just before you play a new note!
- When writing your pulse 2 harmonies, [url=http://puu.sh/hunGI/6bbcbe14df.png]try to avoid playing the same pitches that pulse 1 are playing, because that can cause some bad phasing artifacts! If you absolutely must have them, detune one of the pulses with a P81 or something.
Seriously though, wow! You've gotten really good, H_Mister! Keep writing those melodies/basslines, because you're on a roll!
Yeah, it sounds pretty good. The only thing that sounds like a flaw to me is in the last movement of the song (starting around frame 0D row 20 onwards) when the bass track hits a D#, the D natural sounds a little out of tune to me. The funny part is that the same D natural sounds fine in the previous movement (around frame 0A). I think it's because previously it was consistent regardless of which key the bass track was playing, and here it is not. A A# would be more consistent here..
Also, noting the way you toggled the volume in the opening Pulse 2, I wondered what it would sound like with some faux echo (basically you copy notes, shift down three rows and paste-mix so they fit inbetween the primary notes).
And IMO the song sounds fine if you loop back to frame 02 (B02) instead of frame 00. Not sure which one sounds 'better', just different stylistic opinion.

"= has been added instead of "-"
In frame 4 pulse 2 accompanying melody has been altered slightly, looping it back to the frame 2 and finally the bass starting at frame OE has been changed from D# and D to D# and A#.
Much better! I think the only things I noticed now are:
- Sometimes your harmonies are louder than your melodies. The melody sounds like it's at a good volume, so maybe turn down the volume on pulse 2? (Remember that you can highlight the whole volume column and then press Shift+F1/F2)
- Longer notes should have vibrato, fadeout, tremolo, or something to make them more interesting so they don't just hold out. Check all of them, because I noticed some on pulse 2! I also noticed them on the last note of Frame 09.
- Can you try changing up the ending of frames 03, 05, 0B, and 11, for variety purposes? Either change the chord progression or add some extra stuff/change the rhythm for the last measure or something.
- On Frame 09, can you Copy pulse 1 and then CTRL+M it onto Pulse 2, so the = articulation and vibrato are consistent for both channels?
- At the end of Frame 04, the melody plays a D-4, C-4, then goes to the next frame/measure and plays a G-3. I think the jump sounds kind of strange, so could you try changing some of those notes? I personally suggest trying [url=http://i.imgur.com/LGOewrk.png]something like this.
Other than that, I'd say this is good! Unless someone else noticed something?
