Hello there, fine Tracker. As you can tell by the title, I recently finished a cover of the critically acclaimed Hydrogen, from Hotline Miami. (With a little help from that guy in the pool below.) I really hope you enjoy listening to it. Feel free to take this song apart if you are learning how to track, or just want to add onto it.

Sometimes the heaviest thing in life isn't our problems, but our feels.
I think there are three things that need to be said:
- Your tempo is too fast. Compare the rate your kicks play at to the original song.
- Your hi-hat and pulse rhythms are different from the original. Consider using Gxx to delay notes a couple of frames if you need to get "theoretical in-between rows" if the tempo you work at doesn't cut it. Also, study up on "triplets" and "shufflebeat." I think it will benefit you to know.
- I am glad you want to improve, and I think you will become a great composer if you continue to learn and develop your skills through applying techniques and self-experimentation
I've attached an FTM with the proper bass and tempo (with the pulse removed and drums, while shrunk to fit the new tempo, are unmodified)
I also want you to remember the shufflebeat/triplet example I linked in your Snowy Day thread, because I think it applies to this song's rhythm too: [url=http://famitracker.com/forum/attachments/68193/triplet_example.ftm]http://famitracker.com/forum/attachments/68193/triplet_example.ftm
