Well I've spent some time with famitracker and I've made a couple songs before, but I'm still learning about the whole process. Anywho, I'm pretty happy with how this turned out, but I'm sure it could be greatly improved upon. Please give some feedback!
I like the song you made, I love the melody! However, there were a couple things that bothered me.
For one, your instruments started at the highest volume level, which is a bit much. There also wasn't a lot of variation in volume so all the channels playing at a loud volume kind of hurts the ears.
Also, the percussion was a bit repetitive with the same beat playing over and over. The DPCM was fine, but the noise got kind of boring.
One last thing, I felt like the song came to a sudden halt at the end, but that's just me. A release or something would make it 'end' better.
Remember, this is just my opinion so if you don't agree it's completely fine. I slightly edited your song to kind of fix the issues I felt it had. I would love to hear back and I hope this helped in any way.

Nice! I agree with having more variety in volume, and I like the changes to the noise track (although I think it's a bit heavy on that 'buzz' sound)
A couple questions, How did you make the last frame only 16 rows? And is there any way to change the volume of DCPM?
Thanks for the feedback!
I made some changes to your changes, and also tweaked a few other thing. Only 1 thing I would change, and it's the volume for the DCPM note hits near the end of the song, but as stated above, I don't know how to do that.
I dig it, especially the layering that you've got going on in there.
A cool way to emphasize and naturalize any two channel echo effects is to use the Pxx command to slightly change the pitch of the echo channel (the effect could be used with single channel echo, too, I suppose) as I've demonstrated in frame 05 here.
As far as I know, DPCM samples, once imported, cannot have their volume changed.
Also, frames can be cut short by one of three effect commands, those being Bxx, Cxx, and Dxx.
Bxx, once activated, will move the cursor back to the frame inputted into the "xx" column. An example being B01, once activated, will bring the cursor back to frame 01"
Cxx will end the playback of the module, the second and third digits, as far as I know, are irrelevant.
Dxx will end the currently playing frame when activated. The second input columns will determine at which row the next frame beings. I.E., D00 will end the current frame and start at row 00 of the next one, or D3E will end the current frame and start at row 3E.
Nice tip about using Pxx with echos, I'll be sure to do that from now on. Also, thanks for the tips on cutting frames short too, I've been wondering about that for a while.
This is pretty cool and very good!
All that I would have wanted to say except one thing has already been mentioned above.
The only thing I'd like to mention now would be that the song is a little bit repeatative. The song never breaks out of the pattern it's in. The baseline only changes once in the end. Other than that, this is a very nice track!
You can always use separate samples to simulate a decrease in DPCM volume!
EDIT: Alternatively if your DPCM sample has a gradually decreasing volume, you can try using Yxx to start somewhere in the middle of the sample, where it starts at a lower volume level as it moves toward 0 volume.
