Here is the soundtrack I promossed while I was commenting on my time tunnel cover. Ben bero beh was released exclusively to japanese arcades in 1984 on their (by then aging but still potent) sj system. the game was a donkey kong-ish platformer featuring a firefighter as the main character, rescuing hostages from an apartment complex on fire. the game was one of the first (if not the first) scores for hisaioshi agura, who went on to score many of taito's smash hits including bubble bobble and rainbow islands.
the soundtrack is complete and includes 3 bonus tracks. see if you recognise them. (hint: one of these pertains to the fact that I'm posting this on barney and friends's 23rd aniverserie. )
to those who completely and utterly ignored this post, the folowing is a giant spoiler for the bonus tracks. if you want to guess yourself, please skip this post. but if you're too chicken, here they are:
