-During the intro and part before it loops, the second pulse should be playing A# and not C.
-There's a lot of problems with the volume, especially in note decay and such.
-The lead from the part starting at frame 05 is off. The Pulse 2 should be G#2 instead, and the Triangle is just switching between G#2 and G#3.
-Same goes for frame 07 except Pulse 2 and Triangle play F.
-Frame 0A Triangle should be F#3.
-Also I don't think this is the Final Boss theme
-Oh yeah, and the duty on the pulse is off most of the time.
Here's a very rough fix I made so you could compare the differences. The volume isn't anywhere near exact, but it's close. There's also some vibrato in the pulses that I didn't bother adding. I don't know how you covered this, but soloing the channels is really useful for hearing the notes you want. Otherwise you could look at it in NSFPlay.

I know my volume control and instruments are mediocre. Thanks for the fix! It sounds better.
I did the DPCM, noise, and triangle entirely by ear, and Pulse 1 and 2 by ear and then edited them after checking alongside an NSF imported version.
(I used my NSF player, GNSF, to separate the channels)
And yes, it is the final boss theme.

If you want criticism, you'd do best to gain the forum users' respect - which means not begging for it a few hours within posting. There are a great majority here, I'm sure, who only have the time to check on the forum once every few days or something, so it only makes sense to at least wait a bit before making a bump.
In addition, you generally want to put what you're covering clearly in the post title. Someone who's familiar with the song might be more likely to check out your cover if they know what it is.
Not that any of that will even necessarily work for you [url=http://www.famitracker.com/forum/posts.php?id=6824]*ahem* but if you ask me you're always better off leaving it alone than making a fool out of yourself.
