I've finally reached 300 subscribers on Youtube, so I did this for my subscribers special video.
Unfortunately I can't show the FTM because one of the SFXs uses a waveform size bigger than what Famitracker allows, but I hope the NSF will do...

Because Warheart's "emulating" the CUS15, Namco's 3-channel chip. Many of their arcade games used the CUS30 which like the N163 has 8 channels of customizable 16x32 waveforms. Those games also use more than 3 channels so they would have had to actually put money and effort into designing the 163 to not make it the hissy, whiny mess that it is.

It would really have been capable of it, too. Here's the music from Tower of Druaga and a little bit of the name entry music from Hopping Mappy.
