I've been working on this for a few weeks, and I think I'm finally satisfied with it.
This is the first real original I've completed that isn't just a 4-8 measure ditty.
I really want to know what other people think of it, since I've listened to hit hundreds of times while composing I can't tell what might sound wrong.
So feedback is VERY appreciated.
Sounds nice, but I would question the song structure as I can't find a definite chorus lead part to get me hooked on the song, which is a major part of making music.
The Follin inspired sound design is really nice. I found myself waiting for a repeating theme or melody that never came, but I can also appreciate the wandering, proggy nature of the composition.
Yeah I see what you guys mean. I was aiming for a prog feel and my mind had a hard time sticking to a specific chorus or melody. It sort of is all over the place. Thank you for the input though.
