...but wow. I'll be perfectly honest, I opened this thinking "this is either going to be really bad or really good." It was the second. The only things I can say in terms of constructive criticism are
A: The strings on VRC6's pulse channels go a bit out of sync every now and again, mainly at the ends of the chorus. I think making them sync perfectly with the lead at this point would make it sound a bit better
B: The drums seem to jump about a bit - not in a "ew, this isn't synced with the tempo" way, but in a "it sounds like something should be changing now." See frame 05 for what I mean, half way through the frame the drums jump, which feels like the verse is about to skip into the chorus or something else. I'd save that drum-skip thingy for at the ends of the chorus and such.
Really really liking this. All the additions fit pretty well.
The one thing it's missing is that little bass riff at frame 0B (and probably somewhere else later on too.) Added it in for you.

The VRC6 pulse channels clash against the rest of the song at frame 04, bar 14, and other equivalents in the song.

Honestly i don't hear anything that sounds incorrect at frame 04 row 14. Could It be we are using different versions of FT?

I think he means frame 03 row 14, where it does clash a bit.

Honestly i'm really trying here, but i still don't hear the clashing you guys are talking about. Not at frame 03 row 14, or frame 04 row 14. I just don't hear it

Well, I don't hear anything wrong in there either. Still, one place where it does clash is on frame 05, row 04. Try reverting VRC6 pulse 1 to P80 for that specific row and then go back to P81 on row 08.
Even when you use detuning, some notes still clash, this one being just one example. And even more weirdly, in some cases having two notes on different octaves with no Pxx effects does not clash. This has something to do with their exact frequencies, but I don't know anything beyond that.
Just experiment with it a lot, and make use of the play row feature in the tracker (Ctrl+Enter) to listen to specific rows. This will help you analyze how notes interact together when you're composing and will be really useful when dealing with detuning and clashing notes. :D

First frame in the attachment is how you have it, second frame is how it should sound.
