Aww, yeahuh! This song! Definitely overcovered, but hey, there's a reason for that. This sounds really good, though. My only complaint is that I feel like balancing is a little off, mainly that the melody is a bit too quiet. It may just be that my new headset isn't really set up right yet, it's a little off-balance, so someone please comment about the balancing, I'd like to know if it's just me.
I always have to wonder about the 16-row choice some people make, but, it really doesn't affect the sound, so whatever.

Anyway, the balancing in this isn't too off, but what I find weird is that the DPCM doesn't stand out. The rest of the song doesn't seem that loud anyway so maybe you could try better samples? I dunno lol ¯\(°_o)/¯ :P
I'm guessing he uses 16 rows because he's comfortable with it, but it can also help if the song repeats a lot.

Yea, his samples aren't amplified enough and on top of that he's not doubling up the snares with noise.

The balancing sounds better now, and the snare sounds better.
Still the softest snare samples I've heard in a while...
