I started making this song as a remake of Strike Man's theme(Mega Man 10), but it started branching out a bit, and started sounding more independent, like a new song. Now it's a lot different than what I was going for originally, but that's because the ideas were flowing in my head. Should I add this to my Project Capcom 2010 instead?
By the way, it's on song 2 of the 3 songs. Song 1 is Capcom Presents(Mega Man 6), and Song 3 is a little remake of Mega Man 2's password screen.

It's funny how the fans are making more Megaman-esque music than Capcom themselves these days. Their music system isn't sophisticated enough to do the kind of volume envelopes their older music systems can do, so they sample everything and cue it via MIDI notes.
Songs like yours keep the original Megaman style alive. Good work.
Yeah, the song is a bit long. I worried about that, too.
I think that Capcom's attempts to be Mega Man 2 again is holding them back a lot more than they need.
No doubt you can agree that the later games definitely pushed the capabilities of the system they were on, regardless of whether the gameplay was better or not.
Thanks!

I really like the song, the style is definitely nailed, and it sounds nice. I think I'm going to listen to it a few times carefully and hopefully learn some things from it.
