I'm a bit of a Famitracker n00b, so I'd love to get some advice! I've been playing around with Famitracker for a while, but I've finally created something that I think is worth posting. It's a ([i]very[/i] short) loop, which I think would be a good fit for a desert boss in a game.

I'd love any and all advice! As I said, I'm just starting to learn to use Famitracker, so all advice is appreciated.

Hi there!! For a "n00b", i'd say you did a pretty awesome job! However, this is not quite fitting for a boss theme in my opinion... but I could DEFINITELY see something like this in the room right before the boss. It has a very foreboding atmosphere.

I agree with Graypesoda in term of atmosphere, it's not a boss fight, but rather pre-bossfight.
But it also sounds a little disharmonic, I think.

Maybe, if you'd attach the FTM instead of giving us a link to a WAV-File, we could edit the song to help and improve it ... you know, that's kind of the point of this forum

Thanks for the tips everyone! I've updated the first post to include the ftm as an attachment.

I see what you mean about not being a boss fight... Perhaps I could extend the song to build up to a full on fight. What do you think?
