When I created a .ftm file with New -> FamiTracker.Module in windows 8 (this is when right-clicking in explorer), and then opening said file, FamiTracker crashes immediately. Note that the file resulting from the new menu is 0 bytes in size. This crash didn't happen in previous versions (0.4.3) but happens now (0.4.5).
It would probably make the most sense to just have a 0-byte file loaded result in the effective creation of a new file.

1. how open a dmp files?
2. where a module of .ftm you load and it crashed?
3. Bac to previous versions if you want edit the modules.

He don't want to open a file created by older versions or such, but the file created by right click -> new famitracker module.
The error should be easy to fix, I think.
Zero sized files are supposed to work, as it did in earlier versions, but there currently is a bug that causes this crash at the moment. I'll fix that.
