Well, you need tutorials, preferably lots of them ^^
Most melodies are single notes repeated and/or don't make that much sense and the instruments do a horrible detune.
One thing you might wanna know: The Pitch values aren't absolute, they're relative. That means that the values you punch in add up and the note won't come out clear unless the end result is a 0.
You're also underutilizing the chip, leaving out many channels or clashing together parts that don't mix well.
DON'T take this as a discourage, though !!!!
I mean that you'll have to keep working and improving. My first tracks were covers, so I didn't have to bother coming up with melodies (... which I still can't ...), so maybe try and get the 2a03 under control first and maybe try and emulate the sound of the classic NES soundtracs like Super Mario Bros or a bit of Megaman. Megaman is always good
And if you really want to continue composing (which is a good thing), maybe look into music theory. If you don't have perfect pitch, puncing in semi-random notes will only get you so far.
So, in conclusion:
- Look at existing covers, NSF Imports (DON'T POST THOSE HERE, THOUGH!!) or other people's works, compositions and tutorials. Look for "8BitDanooct1" on youtube, he's made the best Famitracker tutorial I know
- Try and improve your techniques. Learn which values influence which sound. Learn how to write instruments for the chip, what capabilities it has and general techniques. Examples: Noise Drums (Pitch 1-4 for Bassdrums, Pitch 6-9 for Snares, Pitch A-E for Hihats. Only a few "Guidelines" ), Duty Cycles (V00 is squeaky, V01 is "normal", V02 is like a flute) and so on
- Try and learn to use the effects. Read trough the help topics and Famitracker Wiki for infos, there's a lot to discover
- Learn Volume Control. I still struggle with this sometimes, try and stay low in volume. Usually, it's a good idea to stay below 10 on noise and pulse channels, 8 for spikes and sustain volume on 4 to 6. This way, channels like triangle and (in front of all) the DPCM channel.
- Don't be afraid to ask and show. "How do I achieve this effect?" "Does anyone have samples of [...]" "How can I improve those tracks?" - all of those are valid questions And if someone rants at you, ignore them. There are enough people around here to give you constructive critizism
Keep on pushing, improvements may come slow, but they'll come eventually.
Try and keep your old files stored somehwere, when you look back at them later, you'll have a smile on your face about how much you'll have improved
Good Luck!!

Sorry, but still - no rythm.
Here is a little demo of some basic rythms and beats you might wanna try
Also, you are a little undirected - you don't have chords, a bassline, a lead, anything music should usually have. Try and look at others work to understand what makes music sound good

I'm very experienced with writing music for games, especially with Famitracker. I'll give you an example of one that I just finished, and maybe you can use it for reference.

...No wait, that's not how it goes.
That's alot better!
Now, on the subject of those samples, how did you get them? They're really clear and good-sounding! Did you record them yourself, or did you get them somewhere else?
I added some stuff to your ftm. Hopefully it can act as an example for what you need.
Also - I added a new instrument called "snare addition" which adds white noise to DPCM snare drums, to make them sound clearer. The other noise percussion just acts as a tambourine, so the percussion part will stay busy.
Just for experimentation, you may try a small pattern like this:
1.Bassdrum
2.Hihat
3.Snare
4.Hihat
[repeat]
That's a very basic rythm to create. Then, you can branch out from there.
For a little more fun, repeat that sequence two or four times but on the final lap change something around (like bass-snare-snare-hat).
On a tangent, everybody needs to have a (physical) music keyboard with built-in drum rhythms. The drum track is what sets the metronome for your song, and you can learn a lot just by pounding out notes in time with the drums.
