Hello! I'm doing a Final Fantasy VI cover, and although I've made a few songs already, one problem I always see is that when there are a lot of things going on in multiple channels at once, the sound becomes 'muddy', and when 2 channels hit the same note at the same time, it also makes a weird sound. It's especially apparent in this one, which is the one I'm working on. Any help would be great!

It happens when two notes with 50% duty period plays on the same pitch, there's a chance of both notes canceling each other. Try detuning one of the notes or change to a different duty period.
