Your songs are still suffers from the same problem: very much repetitiveness and no real structure (compositon), thus they begin to sounds really boring and annoying after few 1-2 patterns.
That's OK, is is common problem, and everyone started from this. You'll make progress earlier or later anyway, but if you focus on these problems right now, you'll make the progress much faster.
I'd suggest you to try to make very simple and short song, and focus to overcome the problems in it. Take any very common and simple chord loop, for example the I-IV-V progression. Make two-parts composition with one verse and one chorus, 30-60 seconds total should be enough. Make melody for the verse part without using any short loops of the same notes in it. Make it interesting, not repetitive, and pleasing to hear. Don't try to set note on every row or two, the notes should have different lenght. Don't forget that the pauses is important too.
If you didn't read the music theory yet, just use this: chord loop with chords C F G (it could be C F G C, for example), and any melody which will use only notes C D E G A (octave does not matter). Program the chord loop first, and then play anything using the notes over the loop, until you'll came up with some certain melody. You guaranteed to get nice result from this, and when you'll get it, you could read some music theory to understand why and how this works.
Notes for the chords:
C = C E G
F = F A C
G = G B D
All these chords has the same arpeggio sequence 0 4 7, starting from the base note.
When you mean chord you mean all the notes in the chord should be played at the same time? Can you even do that in FT? I mean without using mmc5 or Vrc6. Might be a stupid question but still...
There are plenty of options, actually. You can play chord using all the channels of 2A03 (pulse and triangle, the base note goes to triangle usually), and somehow interleave it with music. It is really hard to do, so you could use the tracker arpeggios instead. The idea of the tracker arpeggio is to change notes of the chord very quickly, so it makes (not very good) illusion of polyphony. You can use note of the chord as normal arpeggio, i.e. instead of playing them at once you can play them in some order. You can use sound extensions as well and play all the notes using additional channels. You also can use only two notes of chord at time, depending from situation.
Check the file to hear some variants. It plays the same C major chord all the time.
