I'm fairly new to chiptune and making music. I did learn some basics and decided to give it a try. I'm pleased with pulse 1 and pulse 2 for now. But I can't make a decent bass sound, doesn't blend well with other two channel. I've tried other three channel and looked many sites on internet to find a solution but I couldn't find the thing. So what are my options?

I can hear you are new to chiptune and especially to music The noise channel is quite loud, but the main melody actually sounds not that bad.
I think at first of all you should get deeper into making music. Making chiptune musik isn't very easy and much less if you are trying to compose with limits like the NES has.

Thanks, Yea I left triangle, noise and DPCM channel just like that for show my attemps. I wasn't aware that noise channel volume is changeable unlike triangle channel. I'd like to ask, what can be done for adjust volume of triangle channel? I played around instrument editor quite a bit but couldn't success.

I will learn more about music theory that's for sure but for now, I want to create one music at least. That will be helpful when i study music theory.

The volume of the wo square and noise channels can be controlled in 16 (0-F) steps, the triangle and dpcm can only be turned on or off.

Thanks, I mess with it a little bit but couldn't work it out. I decided to try something different. What use can I make on pulse 2 channel. I was thinking about making echo but I'm not sure.

Echo is quite simple. You take your melody in one channel and put it into another and shift it down by a few patterns. Then decrease the volume of this channel and apply the P effect for slightly changing the pitch (for example P7F).

Not bad, but it doesn't sound like echo. Try something like this:

There's also a one-channel trick for echo. Do the same thing, but instead of putting the delayed lower-volume part in a different channel, put it in the same channel as the main part between the intervals of the notes. I find it most useful when I want an echo sound, but I only have one out of two square/pulse channels available. It should look like this. (This is one channel, with the letters and numbers after the dashes being volume.)
A03 - F
D03 - 7
B03 - F
A03 - 7
C03 - F
B03 - 7
D-3 - F
C03 - 7
A03 - F
D03 - 7
B03 - F
A03 - 7
C03 - F
B03 - 7
D03 - F
C03 - 7

You can also save a channel by using arpeggios instead of straight chords. This is easily done by using the 0XX effect, and you can make the arpeggio sound alot better by applying the VXX (pulse-width/duty) effect. Have the duty constantly alternating 0-3 (1 and 3 are the same width.) When you're done, it should look a bit like this. (This is one channel, with C-03 being the note, and 0XX and VXX being the applied effects.)
C-03 | 027 | V00
-----|-----|-V01
-----|-----|-V02
-----|-----|-V03
-----|-----|-V00
-----|-----|-V01
-----|-----|-V02
-----|-----|-V03
Sorry, the second example is a bit broken, but I think you get the gist of it.

Here's a better version of my example - an actual FTM.
