Well done! This is a wonderful arrangement, and I love what you did with the strings on the N163, as well as the Sound Effects (SFX) at the beginning of the song!
I hope you don't mind, though, as I've modified the song to break patterns at the beginning of some measures to make it easier to read. I've changed the "Row Count" to 118. I chopped off long patterns with "D00" on the DPCM channel.
... By the way, you never use Instrument 06 throughout the whole song! It's unused!
