vvft_038.ftm is still unnecessary because you're not using all 8 channels at the same time. You're still using 6, so I can't see why you bothered uploading that version.
But seriously though, in my opinion, version 0.4.2 or 0.4.4 is the way to go now. And if the hiss from N163 is bothering to you, just use my build Übertracker (version 0.4.2), because 0.3.8 beta is irrelevant at this point.

the waves sound different (cleaner) in 3.8 beta than in a no-noise mod of famitracker.

Nobody uses the 0.3.8 beta, so how many clicks are you expecting that ftm to get? The nsf version is also useless because it sounds the same as the 0.4.4 version.
i 've listened to the first one for now , i like it, but i have question, the frame 11 and after got pulse 1 and 2 -2a03- with P83 when you go an octave up and it's out of tune, was it on purpose ?

flawed logic? just like the flawed logic of americans not accepting the metric system in everyday use? NOT using the metric system is the flaw, but people/government ignore it and both coexist regardless of the other. I choose the advice i follow - yours is never going to be it.

yes, square 1 & 2 are out of tune by the p83 on purpose, it just shows more on higher octaves and less on lower ones. i dont know why, but thats how it is. Same thing with note bending - the speed of the bends and the amount of notes it goes through when bending notes is bigger on higher octaves than on lower ones. I've included an example which hopefully demonstrates this (bending).

My point with the last post was - dont like it? ignore it. which is something you failed to do. It had nothing to do with advice, im just fine the way i make music. Just like when america thinks that its way is better, you decide to give "advice". You only feel sorry because you couldnt force your way into being my way all the while instead you shouldve did this thing you mentioned - understanding - that my way of doing it is a way too.
I normally don't like to get involved in these sorts of conflicts, but this is kinda bothering me.
If you're "not in it for the clicks" and you're also "just fine the way i make music," I don't know why you're putting this here. A lot of people are here to get advice and improve, and a lot of people are here to just to show off what they've made to the people who care to listen, but if you're above taking advice from the people who do care to listen, then no one will care to listen. A forum is entirely based on replies, after all, so there's no reason to post something knowing that you're just going to ignore any replies because you're alright with everything the way it already is.
