Not sure if this is intentional behavior, but I figured I'd bring up that 0xy doesn't retrigger on a new note.
For example, if you have a series of repeating notes (say D-4) that are all one frame long and a 0xy effect, you get one note of d-4, another of y, and another of x. Of course the alternative would be to create instruments for the arps, but was that not the reason for creating the 0xy effect?
This happens at speeds that are not multiples of 3 since 0xy is a 3-frame effect. To show it in action here's a sequence from the enigma demo by Firefox and Tip at speeds 6, 7, and 8.
A retrigger explicitly on an Oxy event might give better control than an auto-retrigger on every new note.
Trying to think of an example where it might matter, maybe if you want to change the timbre of the arp with an instrument change, but don't want to interrupt the flow?
