Hey. Just wanted to post up a tune I'd made earlier. It's going well, except that I have no idea where to go next.
So any opinions?
Hey there!
I actually liked this a bunch. It needs volume balancing, effects that add a bit of flavour and in a few places some extra stuff going on, but other than that the composition is really great. It is very relaxing tune to listen to. This would be a really cool track in a NES game. :D
I felt inspired to help you out with your instrumentation, so I remade your little tune with some more advanced instrument envelopes. I also added some extra bits here and there to fill in some of the gaps. Even if you don't like any of the things I added just analyse the instrumentation and hopefully you will learn something from it.
In case you wonder about anything just ask, and I'll try to explain.

Thanks for the reply. To put it simply: I really love this edit!
There are points in the triangle melody that kinda stuck out at first, but listening to it a few times...it's sounds epic. I'll be sure to look at the intstrumentation and learn from it. Again, thanks ^u^
