Previously, i could navigate around with the arrowkeys, and use my shortcuts to transpose a note up or down (num 7 for up, 4 for down, for me~). Now, if i'm on line 08, say, and i press up 4 times to go to 04, and press numpad4 to knock that note down one halfstep, it highlights all notes i passed over on my way there and changes them too!
I don't get how that would be useful when you could hold shift before to select multiple notes at a time. Is there any way to turn this off, and just have it edit the entry the cursor is sitting on?
I updated from 4.2 because i read in the changelog there being something about an 'audio leveler', which i was curious about. I can't find any documentation about it or menu indicators related to it, and on top of that adjusting individual notes is now sort of weird.
Is there a setting i'm not seeing to change? I hate to be that guy going "HEY YOU CHANGED IT WHAT HAPPENED", but considering how much i use the program, i figured i'd be able to find a new setting and disable it without bothering you guys.
[quote=insomniacovrlrd]I can't tell why it's doing it.

This is a known bug and it's already been reported. Basically, when you transpose a note without a highlighted region FT 0.4.4 will highlight from the cursor's current location to the start point of any previous selection made. Not cool, but it's already on the fix list.
The workaround is simply to highlight the note before trying to transpose it.
