I like the older one where you don't get sine-pitch when using 8 instruments, so is there a V4.4 Sunsoft-enabled in it?

Sunsoft audio was never supposed to be available as it is not ready for use, and I don't know what you mean with 8 instruments.

There was another type of Version 4.2 where it is somewhat the same, except the Sunsoft chip was applied (Even though that was really glitch and bug.) and there is no sine-effect when using 7-8 Namco instruments. Is there a non-sine effect on 4.4?

There are some bugs in version 0.4.4 that needs to be fixed before I update Über. And I just haven't got the time to fix these, that's why you'll have to wait, unfortunately.
