I haven't contributed anything here in quite a while, but I was bored today and did this.

This has always been one of my favorite of the classic MM tunes, and I thought it'd be fun to flesh it out a bit.

There was also this space bass derivative, and the other one is experimental. The idea being you have 3 channels playing something and an arpeggiated "echo" channel cycling through what's playing on the others with a relative pitch offset. The pitch envelope doesn't appear to be functioning correctly, however.

Anyway, the effect is predictably textured.

Yeahhhh... yeah it kinda does, I just didn't want to admit it. XD
I was really stuck on the concept of just filling out the original rather than going ham on the bass, so I tucked it away... and then came to my senses. :P
