I mentioned this on the IRC Channel, but I was recommended to post it here as well so that it would be better noticed.

I would like there to be a feature to rearrange the instruments the way you can rearrange your songs, with at least a Move Up and Move Down button, if not drag-and-drop.
I'm aware that this would affect the instruments in the pattern editor, but that's kind of what I WANT it to affect. If it CAN be implemented, I would hope it doesn't cause bugs.
I think I recall a few other trackers having a "rearrange instrument" feature. Possibly ModPlug and Impulse Tracker, but I haven't opened either in a long time. *shrug*

I can second this request -- for those times where I want similar instruments to have similar instrument IDs, except I didn't define them in that order....

I've added this as drag and drop operations inside the instrument list. It'll be available in the next update.
