The search function isn't making it easy for me to find so i'll ask here. Can anyone tell me how to use real samples in N163 like how zamuals did?

Well, you can try to view waveforms in Audacity and recreate the instruments in Famitracker, that's how I do at least. It takes time, but it usually pays off.
