No that won't work, because it still needs the Windows and DirectX APIs.

8BitZtuner: if only Emscripten was designed for all APIs, but sadly, it's meant more for programs that can be compiled into LLVM bitcode without the need for specialised APIs or the need for specialised libraries like MFC.

Mind you, it might be possible to convert FamiTracker into a Flash applet with Adobe Alchemy, but even than; I doubt that it would function properly because of the fact that it relies on DirectX.

You could try Emscripten on cpow's Qt port of FamiTracker; it's a longshot, but you could try.
