Hello everyone,
This is my first posting here, after maybe 5 or 6 months of using Famitracker. I've completed my first major project now, which you can listen to here: http://jaxcheese.bandcamp.com/album/not-enough
And download FTM here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/twh5vt1dqj0rm30/Not+Enough+famitracker+project.ftm
It's the result of a fair amount of experimentation, and I learned quite a bit while making it, but I certainly still have more to learn, which is why I've decided to open it to criticism here. I'd appreciate any feedback you can give me.
I also figured I'd post a couple of smaller things I finished more recently here as well, not sure if it would be appropriate to open up separate threads for them. Only FTM downloads for these:
Challenged to make dubstep in 8-bit, result was this (WIP): http://www.mediafire.com/download/4631a8anctd1imb/think_about_coming_along.ftm
Brahms' Hungarian Dance no. 5 in the style of Tetris: http://www.mediafire.com/download/gd4dzs5j30b00zj/H._Dance.ftm
A couple of finished demakes of tunes from Mother 3, and one verrry WIP one: http://www.mediafire.com/download/vci606p6xbacdke/Mother_3.ftm
EDIT: Added files as attachments for those who prefer that.

The instruments are very full of life and personality and you manage do make then sound pretty distinct. Also, good use of the oh-so-limited Triange channel!
The compositions aren't really my style, but I appreciate what you did there.
My absolute favouite is #3 "Rapid Transit" because of two things: 1) The genius noise explosions 2) This track is just pumped full of action \m/
Keep working on it, I think this is pretty great stuff.
If you try and do more "Dubstep-y" effects, set a manual engine speed of about 200 - 800 Hz, through quick yolume-, arpeggio- and pitchbending, you can create glitching effects unseen on an NES ^^
Just one complaint - please upload your FTMs through the "Attachments"-tab on the forum, I hate leaving the site for a download.
Good luck!
- Alex

Thanks for that, I don't like that it made the notes less distinct, but I guess that's the whole point. I'll probably find more uses for it.
You know if it's possible to make more hi-fi instruments using super-fast arpeggio at the right intervals? From what I understand about audio something like that should be possible.
No time to update the attachments on this post right now but I'll fix that up when I get a chance.
