I guess I have no choice but to feel guilty for the death of the short loops and doodles thread. jsr's new rule is that if you are posting frequently, then post under the same thread. I apologize if this forum turns into crap again.
You're good with covers anyway.

the main reason the music is so short is because that's how it was in the original arcade games. If I got un suspended at the time the short loops thread was vandelised then I would break up the flame wars and put these covers there instead.
super mario kart-title screen late aclame stylePosted: 2014-08-11 23:08 (Last Edited: 2014-08-11 23:36)
this is in celibration of my brother finally getting his hands on a Wii U console and mario kart 8
let me know what you think. (p.s.. jsr, If you're reading this, you might want to combine this with my previous thred as "king candy's work" or something. This is the second thing I posted since I got suspended for being a douchebag.
Threads merged, now stick to one thread please. / Admin
this next one is from one of the classic anime franchises, I used the version in the nes game for refference as it uses a very similar driver to what marton galway used for ultima 5.
if you want to help with this, I attached a midi of the original version from 1963.
Now for a true Namco version.
Also, I'm vary happy to see you back on the forums again! I'm sorry to here that you got suspended, but at least everything is all fine now. Lets hope that you don't get in to anymore trouble.
Your Famitracker friend, Djmaximum.

also, if you want to know why the ftm has a slower version of track2, it's because in that one, I covered both the arcade and atari 2600 versions. the latter happens to be made by a devision of tiger electronics!
I did another namco style cover, this time of an old game for the commadoor 64. (for your information, I covered both it and it's sequel in the same ftm, because they both share game over music.)
I have 3 different versoins of that ftm. the first is the namco version, followed by an interseptor software style one, and finally one in the style of the game blaster.
Also I'm attaching a soundtrack to a fictional sequel to midway's "omega race", again for the n163.
I covered nearly the entire soundtrack to what might be capcom's most obscure arcade game. basicly you played as this sailor named momotaro (no, not peach-boy) going dk on a bunch of nasty pirates
I did this in the style of the 8 bit versions of bonk's adventure.
covered the soundtrack to yet another arcade game, this time something better known (IN the US, at least).
this was sort of simple to do, although I need someone to cover the music for the paint roler levels, as I don't remember that music that well (in comparison to the rest of the soundtrack). the hardware (and therefore the instruments) are identical to that of frogger. Let me know what you think.
also, all of my stuff is under cc-by-sa, so if djmaximum or anyone else want to modify or remix my work, go nuts.
I decided to cover an old computer game called cooky, in which a chef has to deal with cake engredients gone berserk.
I used david whise's instruments from nes battletoads for obvious reasons.
