Here's a new song I've made. I think it turned out quite nice. See for yourself. And btw... please comment with something at least. I've been ignored a lot of times before on this forum. Also: listen to the whole thing before you comment... I don't care if you thought the first notes sucked or whatever. It's the song as a whole I'm after.

It seems very "samey," for lack of a better word. After about halfway into it the song kind of seemed like you were trying to just keep it at a good length.

Other than that, it does sound nice. The overall theme is pretty catchy. Just needs some more variety, is all.

That's what I thought as well, it's very repetitive. I don't know if it could be considered a new song really, the overall feeling and theme was the same as the last one put out.

Anyway, it'sn ot a bad song but I think you should experiment a little more with dynamics (varying volumes) in a new song.

goodluck.

Well... it's the same song but I've changed quite a bit in it. Thanks for your response. Guess I need to think more about volume and effects. I usually just make my songs without that many effects because I tend to use them too much and it just sounds like a scrambled mess.

So... thanks!

Well, it's not about using every effect, it's about using effects wisely.. but some dynamics never hurt a song. In fact that's a major problem with music these days, there's very little dynamics.
