What I originally intended to be a "Mega Man Style" tune* has had its instruments swapped with my own, a percussion overhaul, a third section added, and been further polished. It's not really Mega Man anymore, but I hope you enjoy the result anyway...

[size=0]*The original version, which was made using littlelamp's instruments, is also attached (wolf_man.ftm/nsf).

I NEED this in Mega Man LL. Very fitting for Wily 1 & 2, actually.
All I need is your permission.

IMO this isn't really fitting for any Wily Stage but it's your project :/

The first version sounds pretty good, but it's the second version that's REALLY stunning
Great DPCM and really detailed intrumentation - through not Megaman anymore ^^

And LL ... please not. It's an awesome track, no problem, but ... Wily Stage?
No, the Wily stages sound very, *very* different from normal levels. They're way more energetic and pumped-up, have a faster beat and a more "final" feel - like you're approaching your goal. And that's somewhat of a problem - sorry it I go off-topic here, but since you've got slight problems creating "daunting" music, you've got to be careful with those ones. But seeing how gorgeous your up-beat tracks are, this shouldn't prove too much of an issue

Back to the Wolfman-track - I really love those samples. And the soft noise accompanies it pretty perfectly.
Also, pretty good Pulse instruments.
I also like the very subtle percussion you're doung through the 12-0-arp on the triangle.
Little things like this help make a track sound deeper.

Personally, I think this would really fit in a Mega Man game as intended, but maybe not too much on Wily Stages, though I'm not a Mega Man expert anyway. :P

This is pretty good, I still feel this has an energetic vibe. Oh, and the revamped version is a great improvement from the original version!

The people have spoken. You can include this in your OST if you want to, though, littlelamp. I assume you're going to use the earlier version.

Anyway, thanks for the comments, guys; they are appreciated.

So I'm guessing not a Wily stage. :P
Are you okay if I use it for Wizard Man, then?

Wizard Man's stage sounds like it would need something more sparkly/magical/wondrous-sounding than my tune.

Rubber Man's stage seems like a better fit.

Mm, I'm also digging the improved edit. The second section (patterns 03 and 04 specifically across all channels) is especially nice, good use of transient clashing of the melody with that dissonant major 7th interval to keep things moving.

Hmm, maybe that's why littlelamp first suggested application to a Wily stage; Mega Man 2 Wily 1 boasts a similar roadmap to start, with the second section that moves to turbulent major 7th a half-step above the dominant and all.

Thanks for that. The MM2 Wily 1 theme was, indeed, one of my main inspirations for this tune.
