1 Frame normally has 64 rows.(00 - 3F)
What i want to do is:
Frame 00 (first frame) has row 00 - 3F (as normal)
Frame 01 (Second frame) has row 00 - 2F (16 rows smaller)
Frame 02 (third frame) has row 00 - 3f (as normal again)
When i sellect the second row in the top left small screen where you see your frame numbers. And then make the rows 16 smaller bij lowering "Rows" down under Song Settings, It changes it for all the frames. So my question is
Is it possible what i want to do, if so how do i do it

psst bonus question.
I noticed in example's to stop note's that could go on for ever with a small yellow line. how to make a yellow line to stope a note. For now im copy pasting that line in to mine XD.
You should use Dxx effect to make patterns shorter than default. In your case, you should set patterns length to 64, and use D00 on row 2F of frame 01, in any channel.
