I agree with Alexander203 about being for Wily 3/4, but I disagree that it shouldn't use Twinkle. My opinion is that it should have a simple hummable melody, as Alexander put in one part of his post =)

Meh, I personally find twinkling (espeially rapid twinkle ... that sounds wrong) hard to hum or memorize.
But having dedicated sections in which the bass and noise drums are taking the lead may very well be filled with lots of soft twinkles ^.^
EDIT: Just like Frame 9 out of the new Wily track.

Dr. Wily is down sounded a bit... off. Idk, maybe it's just me. I tried to fix it a little, but only slightly.
Oh, and I switched Wily 1 & 2 to Wily 3 & 4. I agree, it's more fitting.

Oh, and one thing so minor I forgot to post it until now:
"R-R-Rematch!" should be sorted in with the rest of the playlist. I think track #23 is fitting - you've defeated all Robot Masters - again - and afterwards, the tension is rising before facing the final boss.

Whoa, lots of activity all of a sudden :o. My input:

Okay, here it is: Dr. Wily is down!
I tried and cover the original as faithful as possible, but the bassline really needs some tewaking to fit the LL style.
Was also going to say this sounded off, but littlelamp posted first. It's now less off-sounding than it was before his edit.

Cool theme, poodlecock. Did some edits (mostly just slight rests and vibrato on the melodies), if you don't mind me doing so.

And now Rubber Man is a bit slower.
Can't say I like this very much, but littlelamp seems OK with it, so...

I tried to make Wily Stages 1&2. It's hard to make something intense, but I think I got it.
Intense indeed, this is good. I do agree with the others that 1&2 should be memorable and straightforward like many of the NES titles' Wily stage 1 themes.
Anyways, SOMEONE (me) screwed up and forgot to keep in the Cash Man edit for some reason.
And also I think Rubber Man should be kept at speed 4.

Cool stuff so far! I'm enjoying following this project. One thing I need to point out though: check those arpeggios for the 'Dr Wily is down' fanfare - they're quite messy.
Welp, they're also quite messy in the original. I looked at the notes through NSF-Import and then based my cover off that. There may be a mistake in there, but balls to the wall if I can find it *~*

Oh I never noticed that the theme was taken from MM1! And you're right, that's actually how it's meant to sound!
Who was the composer?
All I got is Yuukichan's Papa.
Also, for cr@ps and giggles... Fire Man on MMC5

Manami Matsumae. Yuukichan's Papa (alias of Yoshihiro Sakaguchi) was the sound programmer for many Capcom games of that period.
Oh, thanks for clarifying that.

Wait, what? You made a Wily 1 track and didn't do a big announcement? For god's sake, you've now filled ALL tracks of this soundtrack for cryin' out loud!!
Anyways - As always: Download new FTM, select new Song and ...
One hour has passed. And THIS has somehow manifested on my paper. Weird. But I think once it's finished it would mae a great cover art for an album. *WINK*WINK*
In all seriousness. This song kicks ass so hard I can taste my prostatata. It's up-beat, memorable, all kinds of epic and just the right kind of dramatic. You're approaching something big, it says. It says that in the most awesome way possible. Seriously, you REALLY stepped up your game on this one!! Wily 3/4 is really good and all, but THIS ... just T-H-I-S !!! I can't stress it enough, I think THAT is THE defining tune of this album. ... well, this and the Final Boss.
Just to let that sink in again. I listened to one hour. On repeat.
I think we just can't put this in a real game. People would never leave the level becaus they'd never want to stop listening to this. O_O
Only one nitpick I found with an electron-microscope: The drums in frame patterns 06 and 07 (Frames 10-13 [A-D]) using noise pitch #2 coming in doubles don't sound perfectly clean. Maybe slightly change them? ^^
EDIT: Whoooops, almost forgot: That MMC5 Fireman sounds GORGEOUS! ^^
Hard to get that P Noise right, right? ^^ Anyways, great chords and neat echo
