No prob
The noise sweeps are more of an atmospheric thing but yeah, it seems to fit nicely.
If you don't mind I'll proceed to fill "Tension Rising" witha remix of a tune from Megaman I REALLY like ... but no one knows about.

You'll see then

Okay, the track sadly no one knows about is now "Tension Rising".
... looking back, I may have overdone it a little in the echo-department. And the drums may need some tweaking.

But overall, I think this song fits into this little gap pretty nice
I can't wait to hear what littlelamp has to say

Okay, so ... I've just had an idea ... I don't know if it's any good, but here it comes:

When re-batteling the nine robot masters, there should be a seperate music for this fight. After short intro, the first part of the music should be the Megaman 1 Boss Theme. Then, after 16 notes of that (and maybe a VERY small transition), the Megaman 2 Boss Theme starts and so on.

I know, putting all of this together will probably be an unmeasurable pain, but just try and IMAGINE the nostalgic overload one might have!

I can help covering the single parts of the music - but I can neither arrange themes nor compose a transition

... I hope this idea isn't so bad anyone here starts stabbing himself in the eyesocket ._."

Had a go at this, and I'm not sure that it'll sound that good...

(only got 2 frames down but I just have a feeling. Then again, I'm terrible at MM style)

Fixed up the stuff you started. (sorry if the higher speed bothers anyone)

These are not super accurate but I did my best to make them sound that way without breaking away from the LL style.

Finally a late critique on the module as a whole, MM games don't use triangle drums nearly as much as you guys tend to do, the only time they really do is when they're doing a tom fill, otherwise the drums are done only on the Noise channel and the Triangle is then dedicated to bass. However if you aren't trying to closely follow the MM style, that doesn't matter.

I hope to be possibly doing some more work on this in the future.

Bugger I can't listen to anything right now!
I'll get to it when I'm at home right away.

But @TEHMEGAMASTAH: Triangle toms are a staple of the series(ever since Elecman's intro ^^) and if you want to make Megaman-style recognizable, you overdo it a little ... or a lot, depending on your personal style.
And it looks like littlelamp (and I ^.^) quite like tri toms.

I can understand that, I just personally don't tend to overdo stuff like that if I can. Keep doing what sounds right to you guys though.

Okay, boss #3 is in.

I think I'll insert one more measure of Megaman 1's boss theme.

... okay, since 4 is my personal favourite theme, this had a higher priority.

Fixed some wrong notes.

Also, just a reminder that if little doesn't like this idea, let him remove it - it's not our project.

Exactly We're just making suggestions.

And as far as I'm aware, he might go online soon (because of timezones and stuff ...)
I'm curious on his opinion :D

... can anyone explain why the first boss theme inn the line-up of Megaman is the most difficult to cover?
I did #3 within 45 min and #4 in about 30 min ... but THIS track gets on my nerves to no end.

What am I doing wrong ... help?
