This was a very old song of mine originally made in OpenMPT as an "orchestral" kind of RPG mock-up battle theme. but remade as more of a "dancey" tune... VRC7 SAWTOOTH WAVES?

Tell me what you think so far.

It's decent, but I recomend you lower the chord's voulme to 9, and the lead to A or B. Problem with most vrc7 tracks is the horrible volume balance.

Oh yeah, and lower the nes sound chip's volume too.

Question, is there suppose to be a decay at the end or it holds like that?

Which version of Famitracker are you using? It sounds alright as it is for me, who uses 0.4.3

Im probably using version 0.4.2. But that has nothing to do with it. Im talking about balancing the audio between all the instruments. You shouldnt have all the volume levels so high or else you might be clipping when playing outside of famitracker.

I wish I could upload the edit I've made so I can show you what I'm talking about.

I've made an NSF file (slight update)and it doesn't sound like there's any clipping for me in NSF Live.

I guess you can tell me if it clips in another NSF player.

Well, its not like we'll be using real hardware anytime soon. Smile

Anyways, I did notice the volume levels like maxing out on my foobar player. My teacher warned me about that. It's not good for the speakers.

What I was also trying to tell the TC is to balance out instruments, so that the bass can stand out more(and the triangle should be at least two octaves higher), and that the chords should be more in the background.
