NOTE: If anyone wants to contribute to this soundtrack, feel free to do so, any chip expansion is allowed!
Like many people, I am a huge fan of the music in the Ace Attorney games, and since most of them already sound like 8-bit music, I figured it would be pretty easy to remake them in FamiTracker. I'm still fairly new to the program, though, so any criticism is welcome. Currently I have the Cornered theme from the first game finished, aside from the percussion. Please tell me what you think!

Whoops! Yeah, I was originally planning on making this with MMC5, but I forgot to change it! Fixed now! :P
Alright, I have finished the percussion lines (although I kinda wish I could make the DPCM track louder), and now I think it sounds pretty good! Please tell me what you think, and in the meantime, I'm going to get started on some of the other songs from the game.
Overall the composition is good, albeit the instrumentation has a lot to be desired. In my opinion the snare is weak and the cymbal is to long. The long held out notes are fine but could be made more interesting by using some sort of effect. Also, don't be afraid to use the triangle. It wants to be loved too. You could use the triangle to support the bass or for precussion. Another idea that you could do is having an evolving duty cycle whether its during the attack of the note or through the entire duration. I've posted an edit to show you how I would've done it. This is just one way it could be done. There's not a whole lot that I changed, but little details can change a song from being good to being great.
