Based on pure music dictation. There may be a few wrong notes.
Now, 2 problems have been posed:
1: The guitar patch. It just sounds strange when certain notes are played. Check Frame 07 for example.
2: If you know the original song: Which, do you think, is the most suitable expansion chip for the vocal part?
To make it simple, the vocal needs to be adorable but not childish. (It is sung by 6 fictional high school girls)

PWM is always the solution. Either smooth like the N163, or crudely imitating full vocals with the 2A03/MMC5
I agree with IaTM on using N163 or MMC5 for different reasons. FM guitar can't be done well with only two operators.

I looked up the original song, and I sure wasn't expecting lesbian romance, but this is all fairly accurate to the original from what I can tell. For vocals, I can only recommend what has already been said: N163 or MMC5/2A03 pulse channels.

In all seriousness, I still think that N163 would sound better. I recognize that VRC7 has its purpose though (it's my favorite chip!).
