Aside from that drama, here are 3 covers and some basic info on them:
Hidden_Village.ftm - This theme originates from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. You hear this theme while trying to clear all 20 Bulblins from the Hidden Village (as Human Link), and later when playing the minigame where you talk to all 20 cats scattered across the Hidden Village (as Wolf Link) in order to earn Piece of Heart #40 (or a Red Rupee, worth 20 rupees if you already collected that Piece of Heart).
Stone_Tower_Temple.ftm - This theme originates from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. This theme is heard on the 1st and 2nd days of the 3 day cycle while inside the Stone Tower Temple (in its normal, non-inverted state).
Route_47_48.ftm - The theme heard on Johto Routes 47 and 48 in Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver. Note that these 2 routes are Generation IV exclusive. These routes connect Cianwood City to the Embedded Tower and the Johto Safari Zone. This cover took me the longest of the three, almost a week to finish (despite all three originating as sheet music), whereas the other 2 took about 2 days each (factoring in that I can only work on them from 3:30 pm to 8pm on weekdays and from 9am to 11pm on weekends [which gets interrupted from 12pm to 5:30pm on Saturday and Sunday for a Pokemon League fun event, and various times throughout all 7 days of the week for bathroom breaks, meals, random distractions etc.] which sucks because it doesn't leave much time for me to work on this stuff).

EDIT: I noticed the cover of Hidden Village was a little too slow compared to the original, and so the Speed was changed to 2 and the Tempo to 170, whereas the original had a speed of 3 and tempo of 200.
Actually I think the Hidden Village cover is too fast in the beginning. Tempo 150 sound closer to the original. [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W5vWiXcJrDE]Is this the song? At frame 06, put a FAC. It makes it speed up to tempo 176, which I think is closer to the original. Try a 441 on the triangle to make it sound more whistly and unstable. And instrument 03 needs to sound less like a violin and more like a guitar (I think that's what it's supposed to be). Instrument 04 needs to sound like a guitar, not like a Game Boy wave channel.
Stone Tower Temple sounds good, but I have two questions. One, why did you even enable MMC5 if you didn't use it? Not only can you not export it to NSF, it's not even legit NES anymore. Might as well be using something like ModPlug then, right? Second, why did you use Speed 6 Tempo 180. It's the exact same as speed 5.

Well, all these are really awesome. I don't really have any advice. Also, I think those +1s were probably more me than poodle. And I REALLY don't thank that what I just said should count as a +1. XD.

In all honesty, this is actually pretty good sounding, though my Pokemon/Zelda Music OCD kicks in every single time I hear something a little different. As is, though, enjoyable tunes.

About the jerk to you thing, I wasn't intending for you to go cry in a corner, I just wanted you to stop +1'ing things. As for the unused MMC5, I overestimated how many channels I would need. I ran into a channel shortage back on my cover of The Star Spangled Banner, because of that I had random C-2 and D-2 notes on the Pulse 2 channel for the lack of room. I thought to avoid that I could just use a multi-chip .ftm. We're all humans, were bound to fail at some point.

I think +2'ing something would still get jrlepage pissed off, even more so than +1'ing. Also I appreciate that rather brief but badass feedback.
EDIT: Here are 2 updated version of some of these covers. Also poodlecock, I tried your suggestion about the FDS Leady instrument, my attempt at a guitar waveform failed miserably. Please turn your volume down to avoid ear bleeding. I had to create a volume envelope for it because it sounded so awful, whereas the old waveform didn't need an envelope because it was so quiet.
