Another older cover because I don't do these things often, as usual. I'm definitely running out of them, though.
It's the carnival stage music from Marvel vs. Capcom 2, the first cover I did after finally learning how loop/release works. I still didn't quite know how to use it; spammed the stuff all over the bassline which I traced out first because I was so delighted by the discovery, barely used it in any of the other channels because what I did with the bassline felt weird.
Also, various scattered problems with percussion and other channels being muddled and clashing all over. Makes my head hurt a little.
Some other places I've tried to conquer:

I love this soundtrack! This sounds really good, not much I can say about it. The vibrato seemed a little fast for me, but that's just my opinion. Pretty faithful cover though. Nice work!
Thanks, fellas! Yeah, I wasn't ever really that into Marvel 2 either, but I did have a rough understanding of it and definitely enjoyed watching it played competitively from time to time. The OST does get a lot of flak for its rock-jazz-whatever schlock-ness, and yet I don't have the slightest problem with most of it. :-)
I think the vibrato is a personal thing; I tend to favor a faster, narrower vibrato in general but especially for faster, more active pieces. It must be because many of my favorite musicians are those who uphold a "leaner" overall performance aesthetic, and the more focused vibrato they employ is one component of that.
